ReachFuel sells personalized digital services and products created using information supplied by each customer.
Cancellation Before Work Begins
If you purchase ReachFuel accidentally or change your mind, contact us as soon as possible at adityakharbanda745@gmail.com. If work on your personalized strategy has not yet begun, we may be able to cancel the order and issue a refund.
Personalized Work
Once work on your personalized strategy has begun, cancellation or change-of-mind refunds may not be available because the product is being created specifically for you.
Problems With Your Order
If you receive the wrong product, cannot access your delivered strategy, are charged incorrectly, or do not receive your order within the stated delivery period, please contact us and we will investigate the issue. Where appropriate, we will correct the issue, redeliver the product or provide a refund. Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.
Approved refunds will be returned through the original payment method where possible. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and customer’s financial institution. Refund and cancellation requests should be sent to adityakharbanda745@gmail.com and include your name, order email and payment/order reference.
