ReachFuel is a digital product/service.
No Physical Shipping
No physical product will be shipped to the customer and therefore no physical shipping charges apply.
How Delivery Works
After successful payment, customers will be asked to complete a questionnaire containing the information required to create their personalized ReachFuel strategy. The completed strategy will be delivered digitally using the email address or delivery method specified during the ordering process.
Delivery Time
Within 24–48 hours after receiving the customer’s completed questionnaire. If additional information is required to create the strategy, delivery may begin after that information has been received.
Delays and Incorrect Email Information
Occasional delays may occur because of unusually high order volumes, incomplete questionnaire responses, technical problems or circumstances outside our reasonable control. If you have not received your order after the stated delivery period, contact adityakharbanda745@gmail.com. Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information. If you entered an incorrect email address, contact us as soon as possible so we can update your delivery information.
